The room was spacious and had a fridge, and the facilities were well-maintained. Rewritten: the room was big and had a fridge, and everything here was well taken care of.

Perfect little and great hotel, I loved its central location just off metro station, the airport in 45 minutes, and Arguelles, a 5 minute walk away. Helpful staff, who gave me awesome suggestions. I had a PLEASANT time.

The room was convenient & well-equipped with bedroom, stove top. A shower, a hairdryer, and guest toiletries was a plus...

Great hotel with reliable wi-fi connection. the location is top-notch, situated in a fancy residential area. You can find delicious local cuisine around here, and there's even a cool spot called Wainari nearby. 🍽️

The aparto-hotel is clean and amazing. It has a magnificent and perfect location, just a short walk to a department store, metro, shopping stores, and a beautiful park.- The staff is very nice and helpful.- They offer wake up calls and ironing services for free.- There are plenty of options for local food.

We had an apartment, I don't know if all the rooms are the same, but ours had a quite beautiful living room, with comfortable sofas, huge flat TV, carpet, a huge balcony overlooking the main street, a dining table with a small kitchen, but with all the essentials, it didn't give the feeling of being old, it was great. Then a small corridor with a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with two basins, a bath and even a videt, quite spacious, and a very good size bedroom, with another big built-in wardrobe, an armchair, a table as a desk with another big flat TV . We had a health mishap, and very early in the morning we were attended to very well and with directions to put the car in the garage to pick up the sick woman. Perfect treatment. Summary: exceeds expectations, several well differentiated spaces and all of them of good size and with well thought out details and bathroom products. Very friendly staff.

The only problem I have is that when I gave the room to the main street, and being a weekend (although I'm not really sure if it came from the street or the hotel itself) I had trouble falling asleep because of the noise of people talking loudly. It is true that maybe I am very sensitive, because my companion fell asleep without any problem.

Clean hotel with a perfect location in Madrid, close to the city center, shopping stores, and the airport. Very nice and helpful staff with attention to detail.- Local food available at the attached restaurant.- It's always a relaxing stay.

It has been our second time staying here and we will certainly repeat, since EVERYTHING in the Rosales Apart-Hotel is EXCELLENT, location, location, cleaning and distribution of the spaces in the apartments. fantastic soundproofing and isolation of the rooms and apartment which is DE TEN when that is precisely what you are looking for and need and what you indicate in your reservation already in most hotel establishments you have to "suffer" with great helplessness and despair the noises of the street and neighbors of room. In the Apart-Hotel Rosales they MEET and EXCEED your expectations. Living room and room very wide and independent on having been separated with doors and decorated with a lot of taste and with all kinds of cupboards, drawers, auxiliary tables, chairs, etc. that you may need, thousand plugs (which is not the usual and is appreciated), spacious bathroom outside the room and very well supplied with towels, gels, shampoo, is a plus when you travel as a family and not just with your partner, abundant and impeccable kitchen utensils and appliances clean, comfort of beds and sofa, attention, kindness, speed and efficiency of all the staff when it comes to attending to the special needs requested or to anything you may need, restaurant service (which can be accessed from the same building) with attention and quality of the products for breakfast as well as for lunch and dinner of DIEZ as well.

Nothing, I liked it and I like it ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING.

    Location.

-After a trip it is obvious that you need to rest, so we requested a quiet room. We were given one overlooking the inner courtyard. However, at four o'clock in the afternoon, the workers in the restaurant were busy emptying bottles into the container, loudly. Frustrated by the siesta, we went out to our business and in the evening we set out to make up for the rest we had lost. But at 6:40 a.m., again from the restaurant, they dragged the garbage cans with such a scandal that they made us jump out of bed . The explanations of the hotel (that it is a subleased company) and of the employee of the restaurant (that she was not in charge, that she could not do anything, that we called the police...) were not satisfactory, so we put the pertinent complaint, although it cost, in the case of the latter, that she provided the forms although it is obligatory. . -The rooms need to be renovated. I don't know about the apartments, because ours wasn't.

This place has an excellent location near parks, metro, restaurants, and city sights, making it a great choice for a first-time visitor.

The hotel was easy to find and within 5 minutes walk of a metro station.

It was classed as an apartment, with a cooker, fridge and microwave. However there was no china or cooking implements provided. All other apart- hotels at which I have stayed before have provided these, often very comprehensively.

The aparthotel is very good, good price and excellent location. The adjacent restaurant (it seems to be independent) is very good and very well attended.

We've been to that apartment several times and we'll be back. But on this last occasion I had the bad luck to hear one morning how the gentleman who was in reception (I think I had not seen him before, at least I do not remember), responded a little abruptly to an Italian client, who complained that they had given her a room that did not have a view of the street. I didn't like the tone he used, and it's surprising that this happened, because the other people I met working at the reception are very correct, polite and nice. If he had used the same tone in addressing me, I would have complained in writing to the management. There are many ways of saying things, and one can perfectly well contradict the customer - if one thinks he is not right - but there is one thing that all of us who work in front of the public cannot ignore: that one must take care of even the tone of one's voice.
